My parents received the flowers in the morning for their 63rd wedding anniversary as promised. My mother said “the flowers and vase are stunning “. Great service and a great product. I would highly recommend Chester’s Flowers.

I love shopping local, but when you pay a premium for flowers, I expect sizing to be somewhat close to what the website shows. The flowers I ordered were nearly 5” shorter and narrower than the website described. For reference, I ordered the premium size.

Apparently, Chester's has a delivery problem. If you don't believe me, take a look at the reasons why they've received bad reviews. I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers on Thursday 5/7. I even asked if they could accommodate a Saturday delivery and was told no problem. Saturday arrives and I get a phone call advising of a delay. I confirmed with a phone call of today's delivery. Delivery driver couldn't follow instructions and left them on the front porch where they probably sat all day. Almost no water in the vase. I guess we should be happy they weren't dead. Here's what $50 plus delivery charge gets you from Chester's.

We were so grateful to work with this florist, who went above and beyond for our family. Planning a celebration of life from out of town can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel easy and thoughtful. The centerpieces they created were absolutely stunning—elegant, fresh, and perfectly suited to the tone of the weekend. Each arrangement felt intentional and beautifully crafted, and they truly elevated the atmosphere of the gathering. What meant the most to us, though, was a quiet, incredibly touching gesture: they added white lilacs to the arrangements without telling us beforehand, knowing they were meaningful to my mother. It was such a kind and personal tribute, and it did not go unnoticed. That small act brought a lot of comfort to our family. Their talent is undeniable, but it’s their compassion and attention to detail that set them apart. We couldn’t Recommend them more highly.

I ordered a valentines bouquet specifically an All My Rouge Bouquet Premium on 2/3/26 for delivery on 2/13/26 . First off they were a day late with delivery . This happened last year also but I let it go thinking it could happen to anyone . So I ordered again this year and the same thing happened! In my eyes this is their time to shine Valentine’s Day Mother’s Day etc their big holidays . They should add more delivery drivers or limit themselves to a workload they can handle! They have a link where I’ve requested a refund but haven’t received anything as of yet . The pictures with this are what I ordered and what my wife received hardly a premium bouquet. I used to be a loyal lifetime customer but my business will be taken elsewhere from now on . The first photo is what was ordered I count at least a dozen roses in there . The one that was delivered had FOUR ! I would be embarrassed to pass that off as a premium bouquet! The one star rating is only because I had to .
